Highly Trained to Manage and Resolve Complex Technical Issues Quickly

Service and Support are managed by experienced and highly trained Support Center Technicians from start to finish. When onsite response is required, Field Technicians are dispatched and supported every step of the way by the Support Center. Field Technicians are accountable to mark their progress and respond with real-time CRM updates. The virtual transfer of the combined knowledge base of our Support Center staff to the field enables a quick resolve for even complex issues and is the backbone of our "Next Business Day Repair Model".

ABA Moriah CRM software links all customer account information and connects all Support Center Staff and Field Technicians with complete online, real-time account history and status. From start to finish all facets of service and support are recorded and managed in CRM, including call receipt and triage, Field Technician and parts dispatch, Call Center support for Field Technicians and spare parts retrieval. Field Technicians are bound by strict CRM reporting procedures to ensure accurate and real- time information is captured from the field. The CRM component enables seamless call management from any of our Regional Support Centers.

eService Web Portal

Customer Access to Real-Time Account Details, History and Status

Service Call information is available to the contract maintenance holder through a password protected online web portal. Authorized users can place calls, track call status, monitor service performance, manage assets and review call history. This is a powerful tool for IT, operations or account managers to oversee a large install base and multiple sites.

Our three support and parts distribution centers in Washington, DC, Dallas, TX and Orange County, CA are connected by ABA's CRM software enabling our staff to respond with call support and spare parts dispatch from East and West Coast time zones. Having three Reginal Support Centers extends our call support and overnight parts delivery windows and provides the logistical capability to provide "Next Business Day On-Site Response and Repair", practically anywhere in the US.
